How It Works:

  1. First, I will come to your home and together we will make a thorough inspection of the property. At that time we can discuss the positive attributes of your property and the unique characteristics of your house. This information will help me determine how to best market your property and at what price.
  2. Once I’ve compiled the information, I will meet with you a second time to report on my findings. I will suggest a selling price, offer evidence for that price as well as an estimate of what your net proceeds from the sale might be. I will present my marketing plan that will target those most suited to your house.
  3. Once we’ve come to an agreement, I will begin marketing your house. Within hours, I will order a handsome Yard Sign to be placed near your road and I will include a detailed listing of your property in the Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. Multiple list database, one of the largest providers of Real Estate Information in the United States. This database is accessed by over 48,000 professionals who are members of 25 REALTORŪ Boards and/or Associations in five states. I will also advertise your house in appropriate print publications and websites. Other marketing approaches may include an Open House or direct mail advertisements. All at my cost. Each house is unique and deserves the individual attention I give.
  4. Once we start marketing your property, people will want to visit your house. Just keep your house sparkling clean and let me do the rest. I’ll want to show your house as much as possible but you don’t even need to be home. Other agents will want to show your home and all of their appointments will be coordinated through RE/MAX Achievers.
  5. Get ready to move! Most sales are occurring within weeks, and you may have to choose between several offers on your house. Offers will have a variety of demands and requirements. Not to worry! As a RE/MAX Achievers professional, I will carefully scrutinize every aspect of each offer and help you evaluate which is best for you.
  6. Once an offer is accepted, it becomes a Contract of Sale. But my work isn’t done. I will monitor the buyer’s progress towards getting financing,and monitor any other conditions of sale that might be in the contract. I will keep you advised of the progress, the date and time of settlement, and provide a check list of any paperwork you may need to bring to the settlement table. I will be there with you for every step, including when you hand your keys over to the proud new owner of your previous residence.
